Why consistency matters
A single session can be genuinely meaningful. And sometimes one breath is exactly what's needed in the moment.
But lasting change takes time. Not because something is wrong- but because your body didn't get here overnight. It learned to carry, to hold, to keep going through years of showing up for everything and everyone else.
Re-teaching the body to feel different takes repetition. This isn't about showing up differently for the people you love (although it is a soft side-effect) because you begin feeling more like yourself in the quiet moments in between.
With patience and having someone consistently in your corner. The more we work together, the more your body begins to trust that it's actually okay to slow down. We gain a rhythm- and that's when the real shift happens. Quietly, honestly, and at your pace.
This isn't about doing more, It's about giving yourself enough time to actually feel the difference.
