During a breathwork journey, you may notice tingling, warmth, coolness, and you could even experience tetany (a tightening of the smooth muscle) found in your hands, feet and around the mouth.
Emotional release can surface through tears, laughter, and even frustration. And the urge to move, yawn, shake, or sound is totally normal.
Every experience is unique. There is no "right" way to breathe, feel, or respond. In fact, that may be the more challenging thing to accept... simply allowing whatever wants to come, to come.
Over time, you build trust that whatever your experience is, is exactly what it should be. Your body has a remarkable way of communicating what it wants and needs, and you're always encouraged to honor your own pace.
